Are you ready to ride?

The Huntington County Visitor Bureau is gearing up for the 2007 Huntington
Bicycle Challenge! The Adventure Race is scheduled to begin
at 9:00 am on Saturday, September 20th. The event will conclude
Sunday, September 21st at 5 pm.
In its fourth
year, the Huntington Bicycle Challenge covers 140 miles in two days.
Day One travels through the southern portion of the county, while
Day Two winds through the northern portion. All courses start and
stop in downtown Huntington.
New at this
year's event will be a fly-over at the start of the race on
Saturday, a short military parade between the race and the tour, and
possibly Governor Daniels may address the participants, blow
the start whistle, or even ride his bike. Also, the Army Reserves
plan to set up their moonwalk and rock climb downtown for kids to
play on near the race site.
Hurry! Early registration ends September
1st! Anyone that registers by September 1st will receive an
additional free gift. Entries are
still accepted until 8:45 am on race day.
