The Huntington Bicycle Challenge is a two-day event sanctioned by the United States Cycling Federation and sponsored by Three Rivers Velo Sport.

The Scenic Tour is an on-road ride through Huntington County. The course is 130 miles, approximately 65 miles each day. The tour begins and ends at the corner of Jefferson & Market streets (401 N. Jefferson) in downtown Huntington.

Dan Henry symbols are used to mark direction of the course. Orange Dan Henries mark the route for Day One; yellow DHs mark the route for Day Two. On-road bypasses at reservoirs are marked in green.

Registration opens at 8 AM at 401 N. Jefferson St. A mandatory riders' meeting will be at 8:45 AM. The tour will begin at 9:15 AM after a short military parade.

Stop-and-Go or "SAG" stations will be set up at various sites along the course and will provide food and beverages for the riders.

The entry fee is $20 for one day or $30 for both days. Add $5 for entries after September 1. Included is an official Huntington Bicycle Challenge t-shirt and entry into raffle drawings.

**Families may participate in the 9-mile Family Ride on Saturday. A family of four is $60, or $65 after September 1. See registration flier for details.**

Anyone may participate in the Scenic Tour, but minors (under 18 yrs) must have a legal guardian sign in on the minor's behalf. All riders MUST wear appropriate helmets.
