 Spend the day at the Salamonie Lake/Reservoir in Andrews, IN for boating, swimming, picnicking, hiking or camping!
 While you are on the Salamonie property, visit the Interpretive Center to see their amazing bird watching area or attend a fun educational program.
 Head over to our free Splash Park on Etna Ave. in Huntington (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day).
 Pass the time at the Sheets Wildlife Museum viewing nearly 200 species of exotic animals and marine life taxidermy specimens!
 Make a trip to our picturesque Sunken Gardens to see beautiful plantings, ponds and garden trails in our historic limestone quarry. A perfect site for family pictures!
 Visit the Party Shop in downtown Huntington to pick out chocolates and candy goodies for the kids and coffee specialties for Mom and Dad.
 Have lunch with the kids at the Emporium Café at Joseph Decuis or try one of our kid-friendly restaurants including Pizza Junction, where you can enjoy your pizza and breadsticks while watching trains pass by.
 Spend the evening under the stars at the Huntington Drive-in.

 

 Grab your girlfriends and head to Huntington County!
 Shop the afternoon away at the unique and charming shops in Roanoke, just off US-24.
 Meet for lunch at the Emporium Café at Joseph Decuis.
 Spend hours shopping for antiques at Exit 86th Street Antiques in Markle.
 Purchase tickets for one of the summer shows at The New Huntington Supper Club or the Pulse Opera House.
 Make the pilgrimage to Nick’s Kitchen in downtown Huntington to eat at the birthplace of the hand-breaded pork tenderloin sandwich (yes, it was invented in Huntington).
 Stop at Victory Noll to walk the labyrinth and tour the beautifully manicured grounds. (please stop to check in with the staff first)
 Put on your bikinis and rent a boat for the afternoon at the Salamonie Reservoir.
